Material and Technique 

Zirconia corundum mullite refractory bricks(AZS bricks) are mainly for glass furnace. use special grade bauxite and zirconite concentrate as the raw materials, are produced by reaction bonded process, introducing ZrO2 into mullite matrix, are high grade refractories.
 
Properties 
AZS bricks & blocks can be use for glass melting furnace and fiber glass furnace, because of the following characteristics:
 
1. High refractoriness;
2. Good thermal shock resistance; 
3. Good creep-resisting property;
4. Good chemical stability; 
5. Good high temperature strength and volume stability. 
6.High erosion resistance 
Application 
AZS bricks which have the features of properly sintered, porosity at normal levels, good high temperature strength and volume stability can be used for L-shaped suspended arch building in glass furnace.
