FIRECLAY BRICK:

 Description:

Clay brick Al2O3 content is generally more than 40%.Fe2O3 content is less than 2.0~2.5%.The clinker is 65~85% and the combined clay is 35~15%.The pulverized combined clay and finely ground clinker were mixed and then mixed with granulated clinker to make semi-dry clay,which was formed by high pressure molding and fired at about 1400 ºC with better performance.

Application:

 

 Clay bricks are commonly used as refractories for blast furnaces, hot blast furnaces, glass kilns, ceramic kilns, rotary kilns, lime kilns, etc.
