PHOSPHATE BONDED HIGH ALUMINA BRICK:
 
Description:
Phosphate bonded high alumina bricks(Phosphate bricks for short) use special and first grade high alumina bauxite chamotte as raw materials, phosphoric acid solution as binder, being high pressure pressed and heat treated at 400~600 ºC. Phosphate bonded high alumina bricks have the advantages of high strength, good wear resistance, good spallingresistance and high slag resistance
                                                                                            
 
Application:
Phosphate bonded high alumina bricks are mainly used in where the parts of cement kilns are easy to wear and corrode, such as burning zone, cooling zone, outlet zone and inlet zone, etc.
