Description:
Hitech Refractories can supply carbon contained and carbon free repairing mixes repairing mixes with good flow ability, good adhesion and long service life. Compared with the carbon containing repairing mixes, carbon free repairing mixes have less environmental impact, shorter sintering time and better flow ability.

Application: For alarger area patching, charge to the position that need to be repaired between 300 to 2000kg(according to the fumace size, erosion degree and area to increase or decrease the quantity) of patching materials by using chute and allow for 10-30 minutes (decided by the thickness of gunning materials) of sintering. For small area, throw in the hot patching materials pre-packed into 5-10kg bags as the requirements of different plants.
