Material and Technique

 

Top sale 10% C magnesia carbon refractory bricks for slag line of steel ladle are produced by using fused magnesia and flake graphite as main materials, organic compounds as bonding agent, adding non-oxide additives, thus through mixing, high pressure pressed and heat treatment process.

 

Properties

 

Magnesia-carbon bricks for ladle have good performance in high temperature resistance, high slag resistance, high thermal shock resistance and temperature creep resistance.

 

Application

 

Refractory magnesia carbon bricks as the most frequently steel making furnace refractories can be used for ladle. Magnesia carbon bricks are often used as linings for slag line, barrel and bottom of EAF continuous casting ladle.
